MOQ depends on the product type and whether the order is standard or customized. Lead time counts from payment and artwork approval. Send us your quantity and delivery date and we will confirm a schedule in the quotation.
Yes. OEM options include [custom lengths and cut points, LED color and CCT, PCB width, connectors and cable length, power supply, branded packaging and labels, keep only what you can do. Send your reference or drawing and target quantity. Artwork and packaging requirements are confirmed before production.
Document availability depends on the selected model and configuration. Tell us if you need datasheets, IES/LDT files, installation information, test reports or certificates. We will check availability for the proposed products and your project requirements before order confirmation.
Yes. Samples are available for all product categories. Sample cost is refunded on a bulk order, and shipping is paid by buyer. Sample lead time is 3-7 working days for standard product. Please state the application so we send the right model.
Yes, subject to the MOQ for each model. For mixed orders, tell us the models and quantities and we will quote them together to optimize packing and freight. Ongoing and repeat orders are quoted with a price list.
Pricing depends on the selected ptoduct configuration, materials, performance requirements, testing or compliance requirements, quantity. Different project requirements may have different price levels. We quote according to the confirmed product and project specifications.
