Materials are baked for 12 hours at 80°C to remove moisture before soldering.
SMT and Reflow Soldering
Solder paste is printed, LEDs are placed by automated SMT machines.

Joints, including segment welds are inspected under 1000x magnification.

Strips run for 12 hours to find early failures.
Low Current LED Test
Every strip is powered at low current to find dead or faulty LEDs.

Standard LED strips start at 100–200 m per model. Custom orders start at 500-1000m, depending on the specification. Lead time is 3-7 working days for standard orders and 15-20 days for custom orders after sample approval. Send us the quantity and the date you need the goods, and we will confirm the schedule in the quotation.
Yes. Samples cost refunded on a bulk order and take 3-7 dyas to make. Shipping is paid by buyer. Tell us the application so we send the right model.
Use a constant voltage power supply that matches the strip voltage, sized for the total strip wattage with some room (typically about 20%). 24V strips lose less brightness over long runs than 12V strips, so they are the better choice for long installations.
Yes. Cut only at the marked cut points. The distance between cut points depends on the LED density and voltage of the model, for example every 3 LEDs on 12V SMD 2835, After cutting, reconnect with a solderless connector or by soldering.
Waterproof options are IP65, IP66 and IP67, IP68, with TPU or silicone coating. Strips fit into aluminum profiles that match the strip width. Send us the profile dimensions and we will recommend a PCB width and IP rating that fit.
Brightness drops along a long run of low voltage strip. The maximum run per power feed depends on the voltage and the power per meter. For longer installations, feed power at both ends or at several points.
Yes. We supply wholesalers, brands and importers. Mixed models can be quoted together, subject to the MOQ per model. Tell us the models and quantities and we will quote them in one offer.
